Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your Hinotori Golf purchase. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date your package is delivered.

All returns and exchanges are processed through our returns partner, Loop.

Checkout+

At checkout, customers have the option to add Checkout+ for $2.98 per order.

Checkout+ provides free returns and exchanges on eligible items during the 30-day return window. If you decide the item isn't right for you, your return shipping and return processing costs are covered.

Checkout+ is optional and may be declined at checkout.

Orders Without Checkout+

If you choose not to purchase Checkout+, you may still return or exchange eligible items within the 30-day return window.

A $10 return or exchange fee will apply. This fee helps cover the cost of the prepaid return shipping label and the processing and restocking of the returned merchandise.

The $2.98 Checkout+ charge and the $10 standard return/exchange fee are different services. Checkout+ is an optional service purchased at the time of your order that covers eligible return and exchange costs. If Checkout+ is declined, those costs are instead charged if a return or exchange is later initiated.

Starting a Return or Exchange

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery through our online returns portal:
